Our prescription and treatment services are provided on an appointment only basis to ensure one-to-one attention with a therapist
In order to provide the level of service required we kindly ask that you offer your credit card details at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment
If you find that you are unable to attend, 24 hours notice will be required, making it possible to give your appointment to another customer

Do I need a referral from a Doctor?
No, Chartered Physiotherapists are first line practitioners so no need for a referral to be able to make an appointment
What do I need to wear?
Comfortable loose fitting clothes are best. In the interest of effective treatment the physiotherapist may require you to remove certain items of clothing and/or jewellery
Should I bring my X-Ray / MRI scans?
Yes, if these are available
Can physiotherapy be claimed from Health Insurance?
Yes, receipts will be provided that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement
How long will a sesion last?
Roughly 30 - 45 minutes depending on your treatment
Please ensure that you provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive your package between 9am and 5pm
The courier service is unable to provide specific times of delivery
If you are unlikely to be available at the given address, kindy arrange an alternative address or provide details of the person receiving the package on your behalf
Orders are despatched from our premises usually within 3-5 working days of being received
Please note that only orders from within the Republic of Ireland can be shipped at present
We charge a standard flat shipping rate irrespective of the size of your order.
