How to Book your Appointment
You can book your appointment in the following ways:

- or click on the “Book Appointment” button
* Kindly leave a message on our answering machine if we are unable to take your call and we will call you back.
Online Booking via Book Appointment Button
This displays our real time appointment diary and is updated every 30 minutes on the server. When you click on the Book Appointment Button, a new window will display with this diary. You will see all available times for appointments on this page. If no times are displayed, this means that there are no appointments available for the date or time or none left for the rest of that week. You can scroll to another date which will display available appointment times for the future dates requested.
Initial Appointment and Booking Future Appointments
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete some paperwork, that way it won’t cut into your treatment time with the therapist. (You can also download and complete our fully editable PDF Patient Registration Form and email this to us at your convenience!)
If after your session the therapist believes we can help you they will outline an appropriate course of treatment and give you a treatment plan. Future appointments needed in this plan will need to be booked in advance to secure the most convenient times for you and allow you to get the best results.
Our prescription and treatment services are provided on an appointment only basis to ensure one-to-one attention with a therapist.
Missed Appointment / Cancellation Fee
In order to provide the level of service required we kindly ask that you offer your details at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment
If you find that you are unable to attend, 24 hours notice will be required, making it possible to give your appointment to another customer. Not attending an appointment is an inconvenience to the clinic, our other patients and generally means you require more treatment to recover.
If you find that you are unable to attend without prior notice, please inform us so we can make your appointment slot available:
if we are able to fill this slot, no charge will be made
if we are unable to fill this slot, a cancellation fee of €25 will be charged
if you simply miss your appointment, the full treatment charge will be made
